RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL

Due to the personal-use nature of wellness and topical products:

  • Opened products cannot be returned

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

2. REPORTING AN ISSUE

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by email:

info@lifepulse.co.za

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product and packaging

3. APPROVED RETURNS

If a return is approved:

  • We may offer a replacement or refund

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products

  • Products used contrary to instructions

  • Products stored incorrectly after delivery
