1. Returns and Exchanges

1.2 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

1.3 Return Process:

2.4 Upon receiving the returned item, we will either issue a full refund, provide a replacement, or offer a store credit, as per your preference and product availability.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3.2 Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed.
